Key Responsibilities • Partner with client managers to assess and address staffing needs while keeping them updated on application progress. • Guide drivers through the application process for client and carrier positions, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed. • Organize and manage orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements, while addressing any unforeseen challenges. • Perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide additional support to the team as needed. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory. • Familiarity with recruiting or logistics may enhance performance in this role.
