We're looking for a reliable person to join us as a US Based CPA Accountant/bookkeeper! Experience the best of both worlds with this role based in our innovative Remote office. Â Â BizBud is a bookkeeping and tax firm and we are looking to add a U.S. based CPA to do the bookkeeping and send monthly financial reports each month for a few of our clients. Also if you can prepare taxes then that is great too as we can send you tax work and have you prepare taxes of the clients books you'd be doing each month. We will start you with a few clients and once we both our... comfortable with the routine and see the books are updated and reports getting delivered on time each month, then we are happy to give you more work and more clients. We use Quickbooks as the accounting software for all of our clients. We would assign you to the client's books through Quickbooks and you would be like a team member of BizBud LLC. If you all have your own firm and team then I'm fine if you have them do it as well, we just need it getting done in time and accurately as we grow. So if it goes well we can give you more clients to do the monthly bookkeeping for as well as tax prep work. What you'll be doing monthly for clients is... -Categorizing Transactions -Sending out Transaction questions by the 6th of each month for previous month -Reconciling Bank Accounts -Sending Out Monthly Reports (Balance Sheet and 3 month Trailing P&L Report.
