Jr. Recruiter - Remote Texas

We are seeking to hire a Jr. Recruiter. As a Jr. Recruiter, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring team. You will help maintain candidate databases, screen applicants, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This a remote position in Texas. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. • Experience with ClearCo ATS a plus. Responsibilities • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications. • Coordinate interviews and assessment centers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Assist in the preparation of job offers and facilitate the onboarding process. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented. • Manage requisitions in ClearCo applicant tracking system (ATS).
