Who we're looking for We are seeking a Business Controller to join our dynamic Finance team. You will be a pro-active finance business partner, covering a relevant role in supporting the team during the month-end closing, budget and forecast process, variations analysis and cost-control activities, in order to close the total reporting for the legal entities and ensure respect of internal and group deadlines. What you'll do Monitor and analyze business performance, including revenue streams, costs and profit margins across various business units and regions; Run business and cost control processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting; Support the teams in maintaining budgets, forecasts and financial targets aligned with strategic objectives; Conduct regular variance analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement in revenue generation and cost management; Support in the preparation of comprehensive reports, presentations and insights for senior management and stakeholders to foster decision-making processes; Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, systems and controls to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. What you'll need Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Proven experience of at least 1 year in Business & Cost Controlling within the Services industry, preferably Tech or Advertising. Understanding of revenue recognition principles and cost structures. Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis techniques. Proven Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Principles Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with NAV system and consolidation systems (i.e. Tagetik, HFM, etc.) is a plus. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory - therefore please hand in your CV in English. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Assertivity, proactiveness and business partnership approach are mandatory attitudes for this role, to collaborate effectively across diverse international teams and stakeholders.
