Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent

Job Description: Our firm is currently seeking a junior commercial real estate agent for the Orlando, Tampa and Miami areas to join our Landlord Representation team. Candidates will have knowledge of leasing and selling commercial property by the following: Developing property concepts by researching and analyzing current use and demographics; identifying and approaching prospective tenants by door-to-door canvassing, cold calling and networking; distributing marketing materials, weekly networking/meetings such as breakfast, lunch, coffees and happy hours with business owners in the markets of focus; preparing properties for showings, showing properties; advertising vacancies, negotiating terms of contract, and prepare market studies and analysis, and completing leases and sales. Associates will study real estate leasing/sales trends and economic conditions; participate in educational opportunities and industry conferences; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; and participate in professional and community organizations. Junior commercial real estate agents will have excellent training and be assigned a mentor to help aid in their professional development and help them gain a valuable perspective on commercial real estate.
