Junior Financial Analyst

BH Zion LLC is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive research to support financial analysis and reporting. This role involves preparing detailed financial documents, including reports, presentations, and data summaries. The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in creating financial models, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with team members to achieve financial goals. Description BH Zion LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and evaluating financial data and project information. You will assist in the preparation of financial reports, models, and documentation. Additionally, you will deliver presentations, participate in financial meetings, and prepare detailed financial documentation and specifications. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field. An Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant area is required. Must have an understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis. Knowledge of government programs, capabilities, and systems is a plus. • *Location:** Various client sites throughout the state of Maryland.
