Junior HR Business Partner (Contractor)

As a contractor assigned to TotalEnergies you will be eligible for benefits through your agency employer such as PTO, paid holidays, etc. ### **Activités** As a Junior HR Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be to support four Senior HR Business Partners with their daily HR tasks which could include, but not limited to: • Scheduling interviews and interview document prep • HR Information System onboarding and data entry. • HR document control and electronic filing/organization. • Other general HR administrative tasks as assigned. ### **Profil du candidat** As one of TotalEnergies' six refining and petrochemicals platforms worldwide, the Port Arthur Platform has a daily processing capacity of over 200,000 barrels per day and is our largest facility in the United States. The refinery can process heavy crude oil as well as lighter domestic crudes. It also has a dedicated unit to produce low-sulfur fuels, which reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We own a steam cracker in a joint venture with BASF that can transform a wide range of feedstocks such as ethane, propane, butane and naphtha into ethylene, propylene, butadiene, and other chemical raw materials. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis. Experience: • One to three years of relevant experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in human resources, c ommunications, or a related field preferred. • Advanced digital filing experience a bonus, but not required.
