As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, managing sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting across functions, including (but not limited to) GTM, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering and Enterprise Analytics
- Independently manage aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and scheduling
- Implement personalized and strategic sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates who align with our company's mission and values
- Utilize data to continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
- Proactively manage up to address and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring timely progress by communicating challenges and collaborating on solutions
- Maintain a high degree of accountability for your work, consistently delivering on your goals
Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of career experience in recruiting is required
- Prior experience with Ashby is required
- Excellent time management, project management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of the tech market, trends, and challenges, and a keen interest in staying updated on the latest developments
- Intermediate Excel skills, highly preferred
