Junior Scrum Master

Vonage is seeking a dynamic Junior Scrum Master to join their global team and support their Agile transformation. This role, within the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), will focus on introducing a strong Agile culture within teams and assisting with the implementation of the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe). Requirements Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban and XP. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
