KM - Creative Director, Performance & UGC Strategy

Position Overview:

The Creative Director, Performance & UGC Strategy will own the development, review, and optimization of all creative assets across client accounts. This includes static images, video ads, and user-generated content — all designed to drive performance on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

You’ll work closely with designers, editors, UGC creators, and our media buyers to ensure every creative asset we ship is strategic, data-informed, and conversion-focused. You'll also script UGC, source creators via platforms like Billo or Bambassador, and continuously iterate based on performance insights.
