Knowledgeable tax return preparer, records organizer; Quickbooks Savy

Entrepreneur seeks experienced and educated tax return preparer with knowledge of QuickBooks, general ledgers, beyond basic accounting, for example, someone with a masters in tax from University of Akron is a type of person who would be a good fit for this work. Must be familiar with tax forms, filing of entity and individual tax returns, partnership tax issues and more than simple tax returns. Most work will be organizing records for CPA firm and then interacting with client, bookkeeper, and CPA firm to answer questions find documents etc. Help quarterback all processes. Will work with client for organization and double checking of Forms 1099 issuance; other end of year tax reporting and will be involved assisting others to get these completed and filed timely and accurately. Will be working with lawyers, CPAs and bookkeepers and you will assist and in some cases take the lead depending on the matter and situation. Some work on basic tax returns for persons related to the contracting party may be requested. Preparing mailing of returns to IRS and States, etc. Excellent organization skills, Excellent process and communication skills.
