Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network connectivity and proper system functionality. Assist in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets. Conduct regular system upgrades and preventive maintenance tasks. Respond promptly to support tickets and escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or system administrators as necessary. Document and track all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in desktop support to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Proficient computer skills with a high level of efficiency. Excellent understanding of medical terminologies (physiology and anatomy) is a significant advantage. Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience in healthcare or medical billing and coding is a plus. Flexibility to work in different shifts is highly advantageous. Fluency in English language.
