What You'll Be Doing • Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, lifting, and moving materials • Operate tools and equipment safely in compliance with company standards • Assist with maintenance and cleanup of work areas to ensure a safe environment • Support production processes by following instructions and best practices • Communicate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals What Are We Looking For • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual labor • Strong attention to safety, following protocols and procedures • Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities • Ability to operate or learn to operate basic machinery and equipment Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer • $35.00 to $38.00 per hour • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension • Union paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled Apply tot his job
