We're a team of friends working to preserve our planet through innovative energy solutions and modern infrastructure. We're seeking a land acquisition professional to support our real estate work streams on large-scale projects, land campaigns, and acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Contribute to various aspects of the Company’s land acquisition process, from site selection due diligence to all aspects of site control including title resolution, curative, survey, closing activities, and agreement execution.
- Support all aspects of wind, solar, battery storage, and real estate development, from early-stage strategy through to financial close and start of construction.
- Manage day-to-day administration of land documents, GIS tools, project trackers, budgets, schedules, and development tools.
- Support and administer the negotiation of complex land and site acquisition agreements, including leases, purchases, easements, and mineral surface waivers.
- Oversee and administer third-party land agents and document specialists, including conducting administrative audits of reports and trackers to ensure compliance while overseeing document request workflows for multiple site control campaigns.
- Maintain internal site control trackers and Power BI tools to provide progress reports across the organization.
- Manage and work with landowners and community groups to facilitate strong community engagement and foster positive relationships.
- Assist in preparing and updating land acquisition budgets and executive materials related to project requests.
- Provide ongoing support to leadership across the team.
