This position includes a comprehensive training program after completing licensing requirements and probation earn $30-85K a year. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calls and manage outbound sales calls. • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally. • Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, claims, and payments. • Provide information about insurance products and services. • Perform administrative tasks as needed. • Maintain excellent communication and follow-through with clients. • Demonstrate strong leadership and time management abilities. Requirements: • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Must be a self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to changes. • Previous sales experience preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Word) and other computer applications. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to follow detailed instructions. • Must obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within the first 3 weeks of employment (limited to two attempts). • Successful completion of a background check with the Georgia Department of Insurance. Compensation & Reimbursement: • Hourly Pay During Training: $15/hour during the licensing Bootcamp. • After successfully passing the state exam and completing Binding Authority courses. Earn a base salary plus commission ($30-85K) • Reimbursement: Half the cost of the ExamFX Licensing course and insurance license fees will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the 90-day probation period.
