Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Customer Supply Chain Initiatives Walmart, Sam’s Club The Lead Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Walmart Sales Account Managers, internal operational partners and Customer Replenishment Manager to optimize store in stock levels, balance/flow/control inventory, all while maximizing POS opportunities. This position will leverage tools and innovative ideas to help manage challenges within the total supply chain. The analyst will also support meeting Joint Business Plan objectives. Location: Bentonville, AR Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires In this role you will: Leading with the Customer Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain to attain Key Performance Indicators Communicates while leveraging complex data clearly internally and externally Develop & lead effective cross functional working relationships to achieve established shared goals/objectives Leads initiatives to improve cost, service and performance Leading Process & Projects Strategic and analytical in supply chain management Change agent with a deep understanding of internal & customer process Cross functional leader who drives efficiencies, cost savings and service improvements Accountable for major operational functions inclusive of new item launches, allocation, project leadership and metrics Leading Self Self-driven, seeks guidance and coaching Drives projects with others, delegating, providing direction and delivering results Behavioral model that takes accomplishments and leads others to self-improvement Strong customer collaboration to develop relationships while keeping in mind our basic beliefs Leading Others Takes on a leadership role within the team, mentoring & guiding Influences change to drive business results Seeks opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains Is viewed as a trusted internal & external resource Other tasks as required The Right Role for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
