Lead Business Analyst - Finance

Key Responsibilities: • Financial and Operational Analysis: • Analyze financial and operational data to support performance targets. • Track and analyze performance measures for Project Managers. • Financial Planning and Budgeting: • Prepare business unit financial plans and strategic plans. • Manage revenue and cost planning and resource allocation processes. • Team Management: • Lead and develop a team of financial planning consultants. • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): • Conduct UAT for Copperleaf and train Project Managers on risk assessment. • Budget Management: • Prepare and present monthly budget reviews. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proficient in data analysis and Excel. • Effective communication skills. Preferred Experience: • Experience in the energy or utilities sector. • Familiarity with Copperleaf or similar tools.
