Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Contact Center Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to end-users of the Medicaid Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of junior team members to ensure high-quality support for EDW end-users
- Providing informal guidance and support to junior team members on contact center services
- Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day end-user support operations activities
- Assessing the nature of transactions/calls and determining whether they can be handled in-place or require further follow-up
- Executing routine inbound and outbound call/contact center activities concerning EDW business products/services
- Providing customized information to users and deriving necessary information to update databases
- Escalating issues to senior levels as needed
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures
- Participating in audit compliance activities and reporting
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MDT
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills and Experience:
We prefer candidates with:
- Experience managing/leading a team in a call center environment
- A college degree
- Call center experience
- Experience working in end-user technical support
- Experience in public sector healthcare, Medicaid, and/or CHIP
