Position Overview The Lead Conversion Specialist (Inside Sales Representative) will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. This remote position focuses on handling inbound leads, executing client intake, and converting opportunities into signed service agreements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, excels at building rapport over the phone, and is highly organized in documentation and follow-up. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to all inbound calls and online client inquiries. • Qualify, nurture, and follow up on leads to guide them through our intake process. • Close leads by scheduling assessments or securing signed service agreements. • Accurately document all client interactions and outcome details in our CRM and company systems. • Collaborate closely with care coordinators and other team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Act as the first point of contact for all new clients calling the office. • Assist with arranging and scheduling home assessments for potential clients. • Process all initial paperwork required for new client onboarding. • Maintain and update client files and communication records. • Contribute to a positive and supportive office culture, meeting the needs and exceeding expectations of clients. • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals. • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and overall marketing effectiveness. • May assist in completing Home/Quality Assurance visits as needed. • Handle service recovery issues and recommend additional service hours when appropriate. • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (as needed). • Prepare and deliver weekly reporting of accountabilities. Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email). • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. • At least two years’ experience in healthcare or home care, especially working with elderly, disabled, or individuals needing supportive services (preferred). • Experience in inside sales, lead management, or customer service, preferably in a healthcare/home care setting. • Proficiency with CRM software, Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer applications. • Knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., AxisCare) or similar platform is a plus. • Highly organized, with well-developed time management skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
