Lead Financial Analyst- Reporting and Analysis

We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst- Reporting and Analysis who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively analyze and interpret financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights to support... decision-making. The Lead Financial Analyst- Reporting and Analysis will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to produce reliable and timely financial and operational reports and analysis. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is also preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and teams. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of analysts to produce accurate and timely financial and operational reports and analysis • Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights to support decision-making • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams regarding financial and operational activities • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial and operational trends • Develop financial models and projections to support financial planning and analysis • Prepare and review financial statements and reports • Monitor budget performance and identify areas for improvement • Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by senior leadership • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required Verizon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
