Job Description:
• Design comprehensive prospect targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies for B2B outbound campaigns.
• Create multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls) optimized for conversion and response.
• Continuously develop and test copywriting, subject lines, and touchpoints to improve open rate, reply rate and meeting booked rate.
• Analyze key metrics (open rate, reply rate, meeting booked rate) and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Align outreach strategy with the client's business objectives and the capabilities of the SDR team.
• Coordinate, train, and support an SDR team in campaign execution (the team is being built and will consist of 1–2 Junior SDRs).
• Supervise work quality, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain high performance levels.
• Implement playbooks and outreach best practices that can be replicated across projects and verticals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage and optimize the outbound and lead generation tech stack (Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lemlist, Make/Zapier, among others).
• Implement automated processes while maintaining personalization and quality in each contact.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies applied to prospecting, message writing, scoring, and result analysis.
• Systematize learnings to scale successful strategies to new projects and verticals.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, with a focus on cold outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and calls).
• Experience managing SDR teams or operational resources in lead generation projects.
• Advanced knowledge of prospecting, automation, and CRM tools (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, among others).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
