Lead Pricing Analyst

Job Description: • Partner with Product Management to design and maintain pricing strategies aligned to business targets • Continuously adjust pricing strategies based on market dynamics and competitive conditions • Conduct customer and market research to assess competitive positioning, segmentation, and customer needs • Define optimal pricing structures, feature packaging, and pricing metrics • Design and implement innovative pricing models to maximize margin while maintaining customer traction • Implement pricing plans within systems used by Sales for customer pricing and quoting • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and subject matter experts to execute pricing initiatives • Develop and deliver pricing-related collateral to support commercial teams, including guidance for price increases Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in pricing, analytics, or related functions • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions • Proven problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically to deliver results • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead discussions with business leaders and customers • High level of empathy and listening skills to understand customer and stakeholder needs Benefits: • Competitive Salary • Unlimited PTO • Flexible working hours • Remote work model (position dependent) • Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans • 6% 401K matching • Unlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancement • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
