The Leave Associate supports our Flight Attendants by ensuring accurate and successful processing of Company leaves and administering the Flight Attendant Attendance policy per the collective bargaining agreement (CBA). They deliver Southwest Hospitality with each interaction and strive to provide timely and accurate responses to our Customers. Additionally, this Associate is the subject matter expert for our Flight Attendants, the Union, Inflight Base Leaders, Labor Relations, General Council, and other legal entities. The Leave Associate is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills who is excited to support impactful initiatives that drive the future of Southwest.Additional Details:This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is a limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work.
