Overview We are hiring an experienced Legal Recruiter who knows how to find and close top attorney talent. What You’ll Do • Recruit attorneys and legal professionals for law firms and in house roles nationwide. • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, outbound outreach, and referrals. • Run intake calls and qualify candidates based on practice area, bar admissions, compensation, and experience. • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including submissions, interview coordination, and offer support. • Build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. • Keep your pipeline clean and maintain detailed notes in the ATS. • Work independently with full operational and sourcing support.
