Lender Advisory Services Analyst/Associate

Lender Advisory Services Analyst/Associate Location: Denver, CO LCG Advisors is looking for an Analyst/Associate within our Specialty Lending Group. This role is highly visible and involves routine interaction with our clients, including large money-center banks, institutional lenders, and investors seeking to extend investment into the specialty finance space. Primary Responsibilities: • Conduct financial due diligence services, including on-site or remote examinations, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence on behalf of our clients • Utilize or create Excel workpapers in order to complete the scoped testing and analysis for each project • Evaluate transactions on a case-by-case basis within the scope of work provided by our clients • Produce a comprehensive written report for clients describing the results, highlighting findings and recommendations • Perform professional interactions with clients, including conference calls, meetings, and periodic email updates • Work directly with the subject company, often interacting with decision makers to discuss operational business updates, questions involving the scope of work, and obtaining insight into findings or observations for the client Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required • Prior Asset-Based Lending (ABL) work experience preferred, but not required • Relevant work experience with exposure to specialty finance space (consumer or commercial lender, for example) preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, or other data extraction programs • Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn new things • Naturally inquisitive on all topics relating to transactions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to meet strict deadlines Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Flexibility for travel (up to 50%, typically Mon-Thur) Salary Range: • $60,000 - $65,000 base with additional bonus opportunity for Analyst (without prior work experience) • $70,000 - $75,000 base with additional bonus opportunity for Associate (with prior ABL or Specialty Finance work experience as noted above) Currently, LCG Advisors does not intend to hire candidates who will need, now or in the future, LCG sponsorship through any non-immigrant visa category such as the H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, or TN.
