Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Technician to join our team. The Entry Level Technician will assist in various aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair, working under the guidance of experienced technicians. Duties • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and conducting repairs on GM vehicles. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. • Align vehicle components as necessary to meet manufacturer specifications. • Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices in automotive service and repair. • Document all work performed accurately in accordance with dealership protocols. Skills • Basic mechanical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn about automotive service and repair. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures, particularly for GM vehicles, is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to align components correctly during repairs. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
