We know the market is full of "Fee-for-Service" roles with high hourly numbers that don't tell the whole story. At our agency, we offer a W2 (No Benefits) model at the start, then transition you into a stable, salaried position as your caseload grows. We are structured to provide you with more stability and higher actual take-home pay than traditional contractor roles.

• Your expertise doesn't stop when the session ends. Unlike traditional FFS roles, we pay for your 15-minute documentation blocks, ensuring your "per-session" value is accurately reflected in your paycheck.
• As a W2 employer, we pay 7.65% of your payroll taxes (Social Security & Medicare). That’s an immediate "raise" compared to 1099 roles, where you are responsible for the full 15.3% self-employment tax.

About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, fully licensed therapists (Independent) to join our team. Candidates must reside in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services via telehealth.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within 24 hours of the session.
• Licensed staff: Lead clinical consultations and mentor associate-level staff as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through referrals and community outreach.
• Meet the minimum billable-hour requirement of 30 hours/week after 6 months.
Qualifications
• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (CSWE/CACREP accredited).
• Licensure: Independent: Currently licensed in MA as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Experience: 3+ years of post-licensure experience for independent roles; completed clinical practicum/internship for associate roles.
• Commitment: Ability to commit to at least 3 years with Dare Therapy.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency (or a strong desire to train) in ACT, CBT, EFT, EMDR, Gottman, or IFS.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth modalities.
