Job Description:
• This role is dedicated to our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience that helps young people ages 7 to 25 feel better quickly from the comfort of home.
• The pediatric vIOP is a critical service for acute patients who need more than traditional, once-a-week therapy.
• This program is a critical component of our full-spectrum of care services.
• You’ll conduct individual, family, and group skills training sessions, maintaining a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs.
• You’ll conduct psych urgent care individual sessions as needed, which consists of risk and safety assessments and developing stabilization plans.
• Our therapists enjoy connecting with their peers, who share a passion for providing evidence-based care.
• You’ll attend one-on-one clinical consultation, multidisciplinary team meetings, and robust training to enhance your clinical skills.

Requirements:
• PsyD/PhD in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited graduate program
• Unrestricted PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) with Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Psychology (APIT) via PSYPACT without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
• Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed to support program growth
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT, ERP) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required
• Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
• Passionate about helping kids, teens, young adults, and families to achieve goals
• Experience maintaining a full-time clinical caseload (28 bookable calendar spots weekly)
• Availability to work afternoon and evening hours. **Must be able to work 11am-8pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday**
• Potential opportunity to work Saturdays
• Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Full-time resident of the United States
