Description: • The Licensed Insurance Agent (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. • This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client’s products and/or services. • As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent working from home, you will: Be efficient in navigating multiple systems. Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs. Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing. Process new and/or amended enrollments. Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences. Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
