Our MindClub America team is focused on getting excellent outcomes for folks who struggle with mental health conditions. Our mission is to help every person achieve and maintain mental fitness and we have a variety of resources that help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives with easy access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare. We are actively looking to employ talented therapists as independent contractors (part-time basis) in multiple states (GA, FL, TX, MO, OK, WI, PA, OH, NC, SC, VA, etc.) who are passionate about helping people who struggle with mental health conditions and/or abuse of alcohol or other drugs. Most or all of the work will be done online. We want to facilitate in-person visits from time-to-time. Primary responsibilities will involve conducting assessments, evaluating mental health disorders, developing personalized treatment plans and conducting mental health counseling sessions. We pay attractive rates and have plenty of resources for continued education. MindClub America has an excellent “toolkit” of resources that will make your practice more effective and efficient. Here are some key points: · MindClub sends you patients. · You’ll have a flexible work schedule. · You are part of a group, so we have back-up for you. · You have a practice management system and platform --- your practice with us is very efficient. · Our “routine engagement” process --- your patients want to engage with our platform that includes our eLearning library and related content, and our rewards system. · Online and in-person visits available. · We integrate with primary care. · You’ll participate with a team and a company that gets excellent outcomes and your practice will be rewarding in many ways. Responsibilities: · Establish a positive, trusting rapport with clients. · Diagnose and treat mental health disorders. · Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances. · Regularly provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. · Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress. · Document services provided. Requirements: · Proven work experience as a mental health therapist or similar role · Excellent communication skills · Empathy for clients · Confidentiality with client information Qualifications: · LCSW preferred licensure Skills we are looking for, not required: · Family counseling experience · Trauma-informed (polyvagal theory practitioner) experience · Addiction treatment experience · Experience caring for adolescents · Eating disorders experience · Hispanic (bilingual) speaking Benefits: · Flexible schedule · Job types: independent contractor Work setting: · Remote · Telehealth · In office visits if reasonably convenient (to be discussed).
