About This Role
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
• Educate clients on available policies and coverage options
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

What You'll Do
• Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their coverage needs
• Compare carrier options and recommend solutions that genuinely fit
• Build and maintain a client pipeline through referrals, networking, and provided leads
• Follow up consistently — most sales happen after the first conversation
• Keep up with carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes
• Manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to your results
What We're Looking For
• Active life insurance license or a clear commitment to obtaining one
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
• Self-directed and comfortable working without a supervisor standing over you
• Strong communicator you can explain complex things simply and clearly
• Comfortable with basic tech: email, CRM tools, video calls
• Prior insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required
