As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our existing clients, solving client issues, and serving as a strategic liaison between client stakeholders and our internal teams. You’ll lead the coordination of repeat business, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are executed efficiently at expected quality, giving clients exceptional value.
This is a mid-to-senior-level role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping life sciences clients succeed.
