Role Overview
Deliver care and support to patients through Carda Health's virtual cardiac rehab program, working as a core member of an interdisciplinary team. Leverage a collaborative lifestyle medicine framework across four elements: Nutrition, Stress Management, Group Support, and Exercise.
What You Will Do
Evaluate prescriptions, treat patients, provide education, respond to technical issues, innovate and improve digital care delivery model, support patients, and work collaboratively with technology team.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist
- Strong proficiency working with mobile technology
- Great interpersonal skills
- Diligence and organization
- Ability to perform with little direction in a high-growth startup
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Master's Degree Preferred
- ACSM-CEP certification preferred
