Responsibilities
- Represent national and international insurance clients in a wide range of complex coverage areas, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters
- Work with a collaborative team in the Defense Litigation practice group
- Manage a diverse and challenging caseload with significant responsibilities
Skills
- Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
- Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred
