Litigation Attorney (100% Remote – California)
Location: Fully Remote (California Bar required)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 per year + bonuses

A fast-growing California litigation firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys at multiple levels (Associate, Mid-Level, Senior, and Partner-Track) for a 100% remote role.

What You’ll Do
Depending on level (Associate / Mid-Level / Senior / Partner-Track), responsibilities may include:
• Manage and drive litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings
• Lead client strategy sessions and settlement discussions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise drafting staff and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate within high-performance legal teams supported by paralegals, assistants, and offshore professionals
What We’re Looking For
• Active California Bar license (additional states a plus)
• Litigation experience:
• 1+ years for Associate level
• 3–7 years for Mid-Level
• 8+ years for Senior / Partner-Track
• Exceptional writing, advocacy, and communication skills
• Experience in one or more of:
• Real estate or construction litigation
• Business or commercial litigation
• Civil litigation in state and/or U.S. District Courts
• Comfortable working with structured systems, KPIs, and technology
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, accountability, and drive
