Litigation Paralegal / Trial Preparation Specialist We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal or Trial Preparation Specialist to assist with organizing and preparing evidentiary materials for an upcoming legal matter. The ideal candidate has strong experience in trial preparation, exhibit organization, and evidentiary documentation, and understands how to properly structure materials to meet court standards and withstand procedural challenges. Responsibilities - Review, organize, and catalogue large volumes of legal documents and potential exhibits - Prepare trial exhibit binders and electronic exhibit files in accordance with court rules - Assist in identifying proper authentication methods for documents and evidence - Ensure exhibits are supported by appropriate affidavits, declarations, or foundational documentation where necessary - Help structure exhibit lists and indexes for efficient presentation and court submission - Review materials for completeness and procedural compliance to minimize risk of evidentiary objections or dismissal challenges - Coordinate document organization for use in motions, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation - Assist in preparing supporting materials such as exhibit summaries, timelines, and document reference guides Qualifications - Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, legal assistant, or trial support specialist - Strong understanding of evidence handling, authentication requirements, and court filing standards - Experience organizing trial exhibits and litigation document databases - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to review large document sets and structure them into clear evidentiary records - Experience supporting complex litigation or arbitration matters preferred Ideal Candidate - Highly detail-oriented and methodical - Comfortable working with large volumes of documents and evidence - Familiar with court rules regarding admissibility and evidentiary foundations - Able to anticipate and address potential procedural or evidentiary weaknesses Apply Now Apply Now
