Position Overview: As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and will be responsible for resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
