We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for helping customers. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via our live chat platform, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information. • Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. • Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Proficiency in using live chat software and customer support tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
