The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and facilitate seamless communication.

Qualifications:
