Our Values: • Integrity • Accountable & Dependable • Team Centric • System & Process Oriented • Service Ethic • Organized Efficiency – Risk Management & Compliance Your Impact: • Ensure the accurate and timely closing of loans under TRID guidelines • Deliver exceptional service to internal teams, borrowers, and third parties involved in the closing process In This Role You Will: • Take over files from processors and review all documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy, specifically focusing on TRID consumer loan requirements and guidelines • Prepare and organize all necessary closing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Schedule and coordinate closings with borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and relevant stakeholders • Identify and resolve discrepancies in closing packages promptly and professionally • Uphold regulatory compliance in all closing activities, with special attention to TRID-related requirements • Maintain proactive and clear communication with borrowers, internal teams, and third-party vendors • Provide high-level service and responsiveness to internal and external clients regarding closing timelines and documentation Requirements: • 3+ years of mortgage closing experience, preferably in a private lending or non-QM environment • Strong knowledge of TRID regulations, mortgage documentation, and closing procedures • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while managing multiple files and competing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple files and competing priorities • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Proficiency in mortgage processing platforms and relevant tech tools Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Paid time off While At Dominion You Will Enjoy: • Company outings & social events • Virtual events • Companywide competitions and raffles • Personal financial workshops • Orioles season tickets 22rRTdj3rx Apply tot his job
