Looking for part time bookkeeper

Hi, We are a USA-based small business Looking for a Bookkeeping company to provide Bookkeeping service to our company remotely. The requirements are as bellow: 1.Update the accounts and transactions every day in the QuickBooks . Accountant to be online from 9.am to 1PM of EST, to answer questions from the Green Dream’s account managers and for invoices if there were any invoice. 2. Work with account managers and create the invoices as and when required. A draft invoice should be shared with the account managers for approval; only approved invoices should be sent to the customers and CC the specific email accounts. 3. Sales taxes to be appropriately accounted under the respective jurisdiction 4. Accounts Payable to be entered by vendors to track the AP aging 5. Accounts receivable to be entered by Customers to track the AR aging 6. Profit and loss to be traced by Contract. 7. Consider a backup for the accountant in case of leave of absence 8. Please share the C.V of accountants. 9. The below reported should be ready for using the board of company at 5th day of the following month for each month. - BS - P&L - P&L by contract - P&L by class - AP - AR - Unpaid bills - Open invoices - List of invoices weekly - Balance of loans - Customer balance detail - General Ledger - Prepaid cost - Vendor balance detail - Deferred Income Thank you Apply Job!
