Remote Long term contract Need Overall 10+ yrs of experience CSS Billing SME -2 , CSS Billing Sr. Developer – 2, CSS Business Analyst – 2. CSS Billing & Finance SME Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in customer service and service order management. Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS. Project Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and implement solutions. Data Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies. Documentation: Assist with project documentation and training materials. Liaison: Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements. Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems using defined procedures and documenting troubleshooting efforts. CSS Billing & Finance Sr. Developer Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS. Billing & Finance Systems: Develop and maintain financial transaction processing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Performance Optimization: Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to enhance efficiency. Data Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements. Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and assist in training junior developers. CSS Billing & Finance Business Analyst Requirement Gathering – Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Data Management & Reporting – Analyze billing data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. System Enhancements – Collaborate with developers to implement updates and enhancements in the mainframe billing system. Issue Resolution – Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring seamless operations. Compliance & Documentation – Maintain documentation for billing processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.
