Description: We are launching Shalom Airlines, a seasonal NYC ↔ TLV route targeting a high-demand, underserved market. We already have a complete pitch deck and financial projections, but they currently lack the polish, flow, and visual appeal needed to make a strong impression with investors, ACMI providers, and strategic partners. We need a creative and strategic pitch deck designer who understands how to transform solid content into a visually powerful story that sells the vision. Your Role: Take our existing PowerPoint/PDF deck (20–25 slides) and financial model (Excel/PDF) and redesign them for maximum impact. Improve slide layout, flow, and storytelling while keeping the key information intact. Apply professional branding, consistent color themes, fonts, and high-quality imagery relevant to aviation. Make the financial slides easy to digest for non-financial investors (clear charts, graphs, and takeaways). Suggest any small copy improvements for clarity, but keep messaging aligned with our current content. Requirements: Proven track record in pitch deck design, preferably for aviation, travel, or transportation startups. Strong understanding of investor psychology and how to make complex data visually appealing. Advanced PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides skills. Ability to create clean, modern visuals that match a professional brand. Nice to Have: Experience working with airline, ACMI, or aircraft leasing companies. Knowledge of startup fundraising decks and industry benchmarks. Deliverables: Fully redesigned investor pitch deck (editable format + PDF). Redesigned financial summary pages (clear, engaging charts/tables). 1–2 quick-turn revisions based on our feedback. Timeline: Initial draft within 5–7 days of project start.
