Male Online Fitness & Nutrition Coach (Part-Time to Full-Time in 90 days)

Note: This position will start out as Part-Time at 10 hours a week and will build up to Full-Time at 30 hours a week within a 90 day period or less! Please make sure this aligns with you. Who We Are: We are a social media-based fitness and fat loss coaching company committed to helping people transform their lives. We primarily work with men who have gym experience and are looking to lose 20 to 50 pounds while building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Our focus is on sustainable transformations and in-depth one-on-one coaching. We are currently hiring an Assistant Shadow Coach who is highly motivated, passionate about hypertrophy training, and experienced in teaching flexible dieting through calorie and macro management. What You’ll Be Doing: • Responding to client messages on the Trainerize coaching platform with clarity, care, and value. • Actively checking in with clients throughout the week to spark conversations and boosting accountability and engagement beyond just weekly check-ins. • Monitoring client adherence meticulously, from workouts to nutrition, including tracking weight, calories, macros, meal prep, sleep, steps, and more, and follow up as needed to keep them on track. • Using Notion to organize all client information, ensuring everything is streamlined and easily accessible. • Designing customized workout programs using principles of progressive overload, tailored to each client’s equipment and fitness level. • Teaching flexible dieting with a strong focus on calories, protein, and meal prepping to create structure and consistency.
