Manager, Client Management

Description: • Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure clients receive accurate, consistent information and lead SLA reviews to improve coordination and transparency. • Oversee client onboarding, deliver training sessions, and ensure seamless transitions into Altirus Road. • Build and manage strong client relationships through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions and implement policies aligning with insurance service programs. • Develop and execute growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and leverage data-driven insights for business development. • Track performance of clients, GEICO departments, and Altirus Road operations using analytics and prepare pre-call strategies and marketing plans. • Recruit, coach, and manage associates, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a culture of accountability and development. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Altirus Road products, research competitor offerings, and identify opportunities for innovation. • Create efficient growth plans supporting insurance services objectives and adhere to GEICO’s Code of Conduct and policies. Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry with TPA knowledge • Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow complex instructions, prioritize effectively, and resolve conflicts • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success in learning and applying technical and procedural knowledge quickly • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset.
