About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
• Apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.
• Prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.
Requirements
• You bring over four years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, giving you a solid foundation for your work.
• You consistently deliver exceptional client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
• You apply your expertise to support complex fund operations and drive high-quality outcomes.
