The Role: Manager - ISO Delivery and Operations
We're seeking an experienced Manager - ISO Delivery and Operations to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and driving the customer journey, owning ISO operations, and establishing KPIs to report to leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the customer journey, owning ISO operations and establishing KPIs to report to leadership
- Build new ISO frameworks and experiences within the Thoropass platform, enhancing our product offerings
- Cultivate and facilitate partnerships with our preferred ISO certification body vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Interface cross-functionally throughout the organization to improve the integrated audit experience, driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Support ISO certification audits for emerging technology companies, leveraging your expertise to ensure successful outcomes
- Develop processes to execute ISO certification audits at scale, streamlining our operations and improving customer satisfaction
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Thoropass' software platform and products, identifying opportunities to improve and expand our offerings
- Assist with new product development by suggesting features and surfacing customer feedback, driving innovation and growth
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Expert-level understanding of ISO 27001 and the logical flow of the standard, with a deep knowledge of information security audits
- Understanding of ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and ISO 42001, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context
- Familiarity with advanced cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Azure, and their role in modern information security
- Comfort interacting with customers, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex issues
- Ability to address best practice information security questions in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
- A helpful and professional attitude, with a strong sense of curiosity to solve problems and drive innovation
- Minimum of five years of experience with information security audits within an audit or consulting firm, with a proven track record of success
Preferred Qualifications
To further enhance your application, you may also possess:
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other equivalent technical certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field
