Manager of Business Analysis (HR & Payroll Technology) Remote Salary: $125-165k/yr plus bonus Location: remote but living in one of the following City/States: Houston/Austin/Dallas, TX, Southern, CA, Dulles, VA, Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Portland, OR, Philadelphia, PA What you will do: This individual will manage the implementation of new "Off the Shelf" applications and upgrade existing applications. What gets you the job: Must have union/CBA experience. Strong people management experience. Implementation experience (ideally in more than one system). Experience with enterprise HCM (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, UKG Pro) and payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Dayforce, Workday Payroll).
