Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Manager to lead our insurance operations and ensure the effective management of our insurance programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of insurance policies, and the ability to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role is crucial in developing strategies that enhance our insurance offerings while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of insurance policies and procedures. Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment within the insurance team. Lead executive recruiting efforts to attract top talent in the insurance sector. Collaborate with HR sourcing teams to identify potential candidates for various roles. Utilize social media management strategies to promote our insurance services and engage with clients. Conduct employee orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures. Utilize ADP for payroll processing and employee management tasks. Foster strong relationship management practices with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Drive talent acquisition initiatives to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Leverage Workday for managing employee data, performance evaluations, and other HR functions. Requirements Proven experience in an insurance management role or similar position. Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building. Experience in employee relations, executive recruiting, and talent acquisition processes. Proficiency in HR software such as ADP and Workday is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop appropriate strategies. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
