Key Responsibilities - • * Provide technical and functional leadership for Manhattan Active Omni Suite product • Liaising effectively between IT & Business Leadership and Third-Party companies for smooth implementation of product. • Familiar with Manhattan Active Omni Suite - EOM, Store Inventory & Fulfillment, ATC, ANF, Fraud, Payments, Promo/Coupons, Contact Center Transactions & Returns, Customer Service and Engagement • Must have been involved in at least one implementation of MAO for retailer • Knowledge of commonly used APIs in MAO suite, along with configuration experience is good to have • Good understanding of Manhattan Integration Framework • Must have good technical knowledge of POSTMAN and API framework and configuration • Good understanding of BI Tools and reporting - Manhattan SCI/ IBM Cognos preferred. • Analyze business requirements, lead in design sessions and review configurations and extensions done by Manhattan team to perform fit gap analysis. • Ability to guide team on Manhattan MAO design and other project requirements as needed • Additional understanding of the Warehouse Management System and its processes is a plus. • Ability to manage project end to end without guidance. • Ability to provide expertise in establishing processes and procedures to ensure standards are followed by the team. • Ability to provide project estimate and lead technical teams to meet commitments. • Good knowledge of SQL for report generation and troubleshooting. • Provide support for Production Issues Mandatory Skill • * Require 10+ years of experience in Retail domain along with experience in Manhattan Active Omni suite. • Hands on experience in Manhattan EOM, Store Inventory & Fulfillment, Configurations, POSTMAN, API, Good understanding of Retail and supply chain concepts • Additional good to have skills - Automation testing experience, Manhattan or any other Warehouse Management system • Ensure appropriate test data is defined and is available in the test environment • Effective documentation and communication skills Apply tot his job
